Inquiry Form
As part of the intake process, we will need documentation of ASD diagnosis and all pertinent insurance details for your child.
Provide Documentation
Verify Insurance Eligibility
Our team verifies eligibility of coverage and authorization to conduct an assessment with your child.
Insurance Authorization
Once authorization is recieved, one of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) will
contact you to schedule an in-home assessment.
During an in-home assessment, our BCBA will work with your child for several hours and then write an extensive evaluation report that the insurance company will approve before services can begin.
Initial Assessment
Our Behavior Technicians begin providing the individualized therapy plan under the supervision of the BCBA. Parent Training begins now.
Therapy Begins
